Defective on Arrival (DOA) Policy
We understand that many of our products are a significant investment, and we strive to ensure that they are in perfect working order when they reach you. Each item is carefully inspected before it leaves our facility to ensure all components are present and functioning as intended.
In the rare case that you receive a Defective on Arrival (DOA) product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll work closely with you to facilitate an exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original condition, meaning it should not be altered, disassembled, or tampered with in any way.
- If the packaging has been damaged during shipping, this is beyond our control. However, if you encounter severe damage that affects the product’s functionality (e.g., a defect that prevents the product from operating properly), we will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost. To proceed, please provide photographic evidence of the damage when reaching out. You will be responsible for the return shipping of the defective item. Once we receive the returned product and the tracking information is updated, we’ll ship the replacement promptly.
Each situation is unique and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. We’re committed to resolving any issues to your satisfaction.
We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if we determine the claim to be fraudulent.

What if my order is damaged during shipping?
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving it. You can choose between receiving a full refund or a replacement shipment.
Where do you ship from?
Our dedicated team ensures each product is expertly packaged to prevent damage during transit, no matter the distance. We primarily ship from our fulfillment centers located in the United States, Canada , and Western Europe. If the item you’ve ordered is temporarily out of stock in your closest warehouse, we will dispatch it directly from our production line, maintaining the same delivery times as listed on our shipping page.
